In an intense and competitive 3rd preseason friendly, Chennaiyin FC and Mohammendan Sporting played out an entertaining 1-1 draw.

All of a sudden in the 79th minute Sweden carries the ball, and gives a pass to overlapping Aakash on the left, who in turn cuts it deep to Irfan. Irfan gently puts the ball into the net, equalizing for Chennaiyin.
His goal infused the game with even more excitement as both teams pushed for a winner. Mohammendan Sporting’ responded with renewed vigor, but Chennaiyin FC’s defense held firm and thwarted their attempts.
