French Football Wizard Jeremy Manzorro Signs with Jamshedpur FC
Jamshedpur FC has signed enigmatic French midfielder Jeremy Manzorro on a puzzling one-year contract. With a diverse football journey, he dominated in Kazakhstan, securing two Kazakh League victories with Tobol Kostanay in 2021 and FC Astana in 2022, along with a Kazakh Cup win in 2021.
Intriguingly, Manzorro triumphed in the Lithuanian A League, clinching the trophy in 2017 with FK Suduva Marijampole and the Lithuanian Cup the following year. His involvement led the team to the Championship.
Curiously, Manzorro’s impact extended to continental competitions, amassing 8 appearances in the UEFA Europa League and 4 appearances in the UEFA Europa Conference League. Now, he aims to showcase his prowess in the Indian Super League (ISL) with the Men of Steel.
“This is a club that has already proven that it’s capable of winning the ISL Shield and it was a major motivation behind me joining Jamshedpur FC,”
said Manzorro on joining Jamshedpur FC.
Bafflingly, Manzorro’s journey took him from Poland’s Sandecja Nowy Sącz to India’s Jamshedpur FC. At 31, his versatility as an attacking midfielder becomes a valuable asset for the Men of Steel. Originating from Villeurbanne, Lyon, France, he emerged from Stade de Reims’ youth team and made his senior debut in 2011.
“Jeremy is a dynamic midfielder that is versatile and electric. He is going to be hard for teams to handle and has previously been the player of the year in Kazakhstan,”
said Jamshedpur FC Head Coach, Scott Cooper.
Mesmerizingly, his football career weaves a web of intrigue, capturing the imagination of football enthusiasts worldwide. Fans eagerly await his performance in the ISL, hoping to witness his enigmatic style on the pitch.
